I just got back from from the Rod Benson vs. Kyrylo Fesenko battle for the ages that was the Utah Flash season opener against the Dakota Wizards. Former Jazz summer leaguer Kevin Lyde hit the game winner as time expired to leave the home crowd stunned. Despite the loss, I was entertained.
Also, I may be the only person outside of team personnel to witness the first regular season Flash game ever (at Anaheim on Saturday) as well as the first home game ever. Shouldn’t I qualify for some kind of an award?
You should definitely get lifetime season tickets. If you would have put on a Flash jersey and sat on the bench, would anyone have noticed?
It’s good to see Lyde caught on somewhere. I thought he was heading overseas.
